Kin and Deum (meaning to eat and to drink in Thai) was opened by three siblings in London last summer. Tucked away in Bermondsey you’ll find this oasis that’s all about warm Thai hospitality and delicious food. It's the perfect balance between the comforting Thai classics we know and love and modern dishes inspired by the streets of Bangkok.
So how did three Thai siblings come to open a restaurant in London? I headed over to Kin and Deum to meet two of the siblings, Bank and Roselyn, to hear their story.
